i need to know why they came up and how to fix it. my host said he got those error messages when he started server.exe for me.

he does have .net framework 2

The current version of RunUO does not support .NET Framework 2 unless you recompile it on it.

You need your host to install .NET Framework 1.1 otherwise it won't work.

Doing a recompile on RunUO is not supported, so don't do it.

You should just download .NET Framework 1.1 unless you want to recompile the core, which I am not going to explain how to do, because there is no reason to recompile it.

i am using someone elses computer as a host and they use visual basics 2005, which only works on .net 2

You can install both....

If your host claims thats not true, he is telling a total and complete lie, if he tells you that get a new host.
