ok why sometimes players get botting off the shard for?
and there is 1 player get booting off like aver 2 mins..

So how is this and how to fix?

Check your console. He is probably using a encrypted client or a old client and needs to update it.

ok sometimes all get boot but that os sometime but this 1 guy geting boot aver 2 mines and he is Fully up to date on uopatchs and all well uogateway have anything to do with teh booting ??
