Default Guarded Regions....

I would like to make another set of guarded regions that are the opposite of the current regions, so that those with negative karma are protected, and those with positive karma are killed upon sight, like reds are in normal guarded reigions. I know how to edit the reigions.xml file, and the town.cs file, but where is [guarded=true] defined?

I think you are thinking of the Disabled property in the GuardedRegion region definition in guardedregion.cs

(edit)

that is the model that you would use to make your new bad-karma-guarded-region

from what I see, you'll need to define a completely different type of region, and more than likely a new kind of guard for the region to use... and probably add a bunch of stuff to playermobile. point being, it's not as easy as changing a variable.
