Legendary Skills..?

What I was wanting to do is make an 1100 skill cap,however i also want to allow 120 skill cap.My question is if i use Power scrolls do ineed to adjust skill cap,also if i do 11 skills to 120 should i set skill cap to1220. Does the pwerscolls need to be edited , or is that already enabled in the scripts automatically. So when the PS are used it will change the skill cap to
120,so i need to make surei allow enough skill cap to do so,or will it change skill cap for me?
Also any links to any threads about skil and stat caps would be appeciated

Powerscrolls modify the skillcap, modify it what you want the cap to be without powerscrolls.

You will also have to modify powerscrolls to support what you want.

ok ,,so will i need to allow the total skill cap to allow thePS to 120 11 skills
1220 total skill cap and it will be players choice wheter they have 11-120 skills or a mix thereof
and i will look for thread on modifing PS...because i not exactly sure what need to be modified.

You will have to play with the code till it works the way you want.
