Default Odd little inconvenience

Here's a weird thing... After I set up RunUO and had it running, I connected to it (as did several other people from different computers) and commands could be used by typing a "[" infront of the word. [admin, [add, and so on. Nothing new, nothing special or odd about that.

However, after a week or two the regular [ would no longer work correctly. After a staff member types the [ key, the bottom line says "GM:" and it just echos the command. If they try to use [admin, their character SPEAKS "admin" instead of using the command. However, if they hit the space bar infront of the command, it works fine. Using " [admin" works like the original [admin used to work. Or, they can type [[admin (because the first [ activates the "GM:" prompt, and the second one is actually used in the command).

Has anyone else had this problem and/or know what could be causing it and why? We don't really have any custom scripts installed yet, other than a few little script tweaks (like preventing players from using certian facets, and controling where they spawn when starting new characters).

This is because of the latest OSI patch. There's probably about 20 threads on this so far. There's a few script fixes for it that you can find, or you could deal with it until the next update of Run UO, and it will be fixed.
