Tokuno Land Unaccessable?

Hey, I think this is the right forum. If not I'm sorry. But heres my delima.

Today me and one of my Seers were doing some work and well when we went to Tokuno to do some stuff he teleported via rune and I just decided to go there by using the [who command and appearing right on top of him. Well when I did so my character was stuck...in Tokuno but there were no Land Tiles and he was running around above me. So I changed my z to 20 and I was able to walk around I looked at his rune and It was set to 0. So I set his z to 20 and he blacked out. None of the other staff have been to Tokuno so I dont know if its just me and him or not but its a little weird. So is this a script error or a client error (we both have SE and hes my dad so we have 2 computers same client basically). Anyone got some help?

Do you have UO:SE unless you do, you wouldn't have the map.
