Passing skill cap with jewelry. - RunUO

If the skill cap of tactics skill is 100 for example and I have a bracelet with +10 tactics bonus, how do I pass the skill cap of tactics with the bracelet? It stays at 100 not 110. Jewels don't work but Ancient Smithy hammer does.

They don't work that way on OSI either. If you've used a tactics power scroll, your tactics is 100, and you're wearing a +10 tactics bracelet, then it will raise it. You would have to edit it yourself in one of the scripts. I'm not sure which, but someone else wanted to know the same thing not too long ago, so I'm pretty sure there's a post about it in Script Support.
