Disapearing houses - RunUO

my problem is this. i have some of my friends place a house. i saved the shard, and loaded it back up a few days later.. houses still there.. opened it up a week later and the houses are gone.. what seems to be the problem???

House decay goes by the system clock on your server. You can turn it off in basehouse
