i need to know the command to move players houses

This command doesn't exist

If you want to do this, you would remove the house and place it again. Be sure to collect all their items and give them ownership to the house.

A third option is to attempt this command:

Area Interface where BaseHouse

and create a bounding box around the center of the house. Once you have the interface menu for the house, bring it to your pack and then move (with the Move command) at the center of the new location.

Be forewarned, however, that this can be problematic sometimes, causing loss of items and/or add-ons, so it's a good idea to clear out the house beforehand.
