Question Server no longer allowing ppl to log in..including admins...

Hail all, I hope this is in the correct forumn. I am an old time Uo player but new to RunUo. I have played on a server and thought it time to start one up for myself. I have downlaoded some very useful and fun scripts here and have modified some slightly (still learning basic C#).

Anyway the problem is now that when I boot up my server it compiles the scripts with 0 errors, loads the world but doesnt allow for me to log into it. I am able to log inot the test shard but not the "real" shard. The most recent thing I have done is downloaded the "Neptunes Package" and at the time it seeemed to have worked fine. I rebooted the server and tested out the mobiles/items involved and all seemed to work fine. But the next day I went to reboot the server and I was unable to log in.

I am not sure what other information I could offer for more assisatnce but if anyone has any ideas I would certainly appreciate any help.

Thanks and Stay Safe,
Barak

Send a message via ICQ to will_man
Default

does it register the log in attempt ( in the server box? ) if so what error message does it give, or does it look as though u had not tried to log in?

Make sure the port you set in your scripts is the same port as the one UOG is using ( i presume you are using this )

And yeah, basically just tell us what happens when you try to log in

Default problem logging in

Ya when i go to log in,it doesnt even register that a login attempt has been made, but if i continue to let it run it saves and renders properly.

Thanks for the response, and any further help would be much appreciated.

Default I think I have it the problem fixed!

I had rebooted my PC and apparently my isp changed ( good to know for the future), so I had to change that, just waiting for the save to be implamented.

Thank you very much for yer responses Will_Man and Tannis.

Stay Safe and thx again
