Exclamation Server Lag/Freezes

I run my shard on the same computer that I play on. ( I only have one computer that works ) I used global delete, wiped everything off shard for my ALL gm shard. There is some lag and random freezes that could be long or just short, but they are there, they are not frequent, but still. Does anyone have any ideas on how to reduce lag, besides clearing the whole shard? I would REALLY appreciate this, would help me big time.

Sounds like your computer just isn't powerful enough to handle it. What are your specs?

Thumbs up

Ok thats kind of weird, can you tell me how that would actually fix it??
It just sounds a bit impossible on how transfering scripts to another runuo folder could make freezes disapear. AND also about that, my computer should be able to handle it.. we can have about 25 people online, NO freezes, about 10 people freeze, its just random kind of, doesnt matter how many things are in the world, or how many people are online, either way it freezes, but does not always freeze, just every once in a while freeze for a while, kind of ruins it but anyway can you tell me how to do this to fix it? What all do i tranfer, just custom scripts or all scripts, into a new folder with everything else on it.........?

No, my saves are like .01 to .03 range, highest its ever been was i think 2 seconds, but there was around 20 people online spawning non-stop things.

I think it freezes during back-ups maybe, can you tell me how to turn off back-ups please?

Its not because of Backups, no I will not tell you how, because if you screw something up you will come here crying about it.

Plus considering I know for a fact, moving a file wouldn't cause lag, it wouldn't make sense to help you screw up your shard.

I suspect your shard is just to large for your computer, and its lagging.
