No one can log in

Ok, I am trying to get a friend to connect now, but, its not showing that he is trying at all.
I connected another computer in my house fine, all I did is create a new local server on uo gateway and typed my ip and port.
Then when my friend did that nothing happened.
We tried it a bunch of times, I even shut off all my firewalls.
So then I went to whatismyip.com and told her to type in that ip address in the server ip. Nothing still.
I then told my computer to accept access from her computer using her ip and still nothing.
I gave her my login file using my ip and that did nothing too.
Why is it not showing any action from her computer?

Make sure your serverlist file has your correct public IP address in.

Ok well it wasn't the serverlist.cs is was my router for a while. So know people can log into it to an extant.
At first my server was booting them off, I turned off my firewall, this helped it stop doing that.
Now they can see my server in the shard listings and when they click next to connect to it, their clients go unresponding. They have to end task. Or if they wait a while it says, "Client could not attach to game server, it may have been taken down."
My server is up and this is still happening.
I am behind a wireless card, that is behind a computer with a router. Does this have anything to do with it? On the computer with the router do I have to take down THAT firewall?

Now I tried giving them my login file, with my IP. Then had them use uo rice on their clients. Still no connection, it is still saying the same things...

Edit: I now have told my computer to accept my friend's IP. Nothing. She told her computer to accept my IP. Nothing.

No one can help?

She can still sign in, pick my shard from to connect to, and the client boots her right before the screen that shows her chars.
