a quick google search showed me that that packet is related to the aos ability icons, but the info might be wrong ;/

This means someone's client sent a packet when it wasn't supposed to. This could mean any number of things:
1) They have an incorrect client version
2) They didn't properly remove the encryption from their client
3) They are using a non standard client -- possibly something they wrote themselves
4) They are using a external program (Razor, Injection, something else) and it's behaving improperly
5) They could be attempting to crash the server using a program they wrote
6) They could be attempting to cheat in some way using a program they wrote

It's unlikely this is anything to worry about. The fact this message exists means (5) won't work. It's highly unlikely (6) is a possibility. Most likely this is an isolated error, and nothing to worry about. If it keeps happening, you may want to talk to the person and see if they are running any programs or if they are acting suspiciously... but that's unlikely.
