Quick Help Pt2 - RunUO

Just a follow up, im leaving for a bit, i hope someone can help with an answer when i return. Under downloads there is runuo and runuo source. What is the source for and where do you put it if you need it?
I hope this is not part of my problem, see "Quick Help" below. Any help is good, if you think i just need to try to re-unzipp runuo beacuse im missing that file let me know ok.

if you dont know what source means then use the other download

RunUO 1.0 is the Program, RunUO Source is the Source Code for the run RunUO executable.

Download RunUO 1.0.

Do not download the source, if you have to ask what it is, you have no use for it.
