Its not a tool, its a modified serverlist, that allows local and people outside of your network to connect to the shard.

Its around 15 months old, since nothing really has changed with it, its still good to use.

u can always use a no-ip tool so people will not be able to see The IP of your server and they can connect easily, its really useful if ur server got a dynamic IP
