Allaccounts gone?

i have had my shard running for a month now and last night i connected it to uogateway.i logged out my char and just left the server running uogateway had been connecting to the shard fine.
but this morning i try to log in and i get stuck at the verifying account screen. so i shut down the server and restarted it and now its saying do i want to create an admin account? what's gone wrong

My guess, it was doing a save, and you closed it.

Restore one of your backups, just copy and paste the file.

im not sure how to restore a save

ive read that i need to copy the backup folder into my save folder but i cant find my save folder?

ok i think i fixed it.
an i right in thinking that my saves folder was deleted somehow, because i made a new one and copied all the folders from a recent backup and now im back on my account
