Last night we transferred the our shard to a new server. Since this move was about 3000 miles across country, we did the file transfer via FTP. Everything seemed to be fine, until we looked closer. All of our new areas (custom areas, starting rooms, etc) are visibly there. However, they "act" as if they are not there.
Example, we have a large underground complex that "connected" 2 dungeons to make one large area. All of this was frozen and has worked for months. After the shard exchange, we can see the new graphics , but the game acts as if the original dungeon borders are still in place. Also, I dont know if this helps, but I can not do a "[props" on any of the walls or floors in those areas. It acts as if they are illusion. Is there a file or something we missed, or some tidbit that eludes us? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance!! |

Doh!! Thank you so much Phantom for the fast reply!! So I am assuming you mean for example the freezeitem.rar file and things like that?
That makes so much sense! Once again, thank you so very much. We're very new at this and fumbling around as we go. And by nearly 1am last night, the mind just wasn't working straight. Thanks again! |
