Patching Help - RunUO

Srry Guys im not sure if this belongs here or Uogateway. But i have a hues file and i need to patch it i have it uploaded to freewebs.com as a .rar file i dont know what to do from there or if freewebs hosts files thnx in advance for the help.

Do you know if geocities supports file hosting? If so i think i know how to do it from there.
