server bug

ok I dont know what happend but when I restart my shard all the houses delete and the Dungeons no one cant go in too and lote of my commaneds when I do then it make the shard go down
can someone pls help me on this

We need more information.

The houses are removed because of the House Decay, since clearly your shard was done for several days.

yes but my shard have more bugs on it now and I dont know why like
Dungeons no one cant go in all of them why is that?
and then there is things not going in too like level 2 and so on

sounds like somebody did a big wipe and took out your teleporters, you can regenerate them from the [admin gump.
