Default Deepwater

How can you make deep water, sufficient for fishnets, sea serps, etc. without altering the map? Is there some special static tile or setting you can use to make the deepwater function return properly for this?

Deep water is something "abstract". Not talking of the keyword here. :P
Look at the fishingnet.cs.
If you want deep water you will have to cheat. You would have to place special items, which you check for in the scripts, that check for deep water. Maybe not, but it's what I think.
