UO Fire Crash!!!

Oh noes! My shard crashed! We tried to reboot and this is what happened:

I don't really understand the error... is it something to do with one of my .xml files? Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?

P.S. I have a modified Regions.xml file, and I also have the Bounty System which uses xml files (but no bounties have been saved, so I don't see how it could be that).

Its your reports xml, delete the file, they are corrupt.
