Router + Server not working - RunUO

Hi, I've tried port forwarding my router and configuring serverlist.cs but it still connects to my routers ip ie 192.168 what else could i do to the serverlist script to make my server public?? I'm having a lot of trouble with this. Any help would be great thanks.

Get fixits serverlist (search)
disable any firewalls
