custom Art?

sorry if this aint the right place i couldnt find exactly where to put it. Before anyone starts flaming me about my question or 2, im not really ASKING for custom art. what i want is a example of a custom artwork so i can see how things work.. i know how to add custom artwork and i know how to draw.. but andone suggest a good program to use for make custom artwork(not adding it) any help is appreciated

Basically any art program. Photoshop, Paintshop, CorelDraw (or something like that). I can't really tell you how to make it because that's up to you. Also, I don't know any sites that have UO custom art making tutorials.
