Server.exe - Application Error on trying to open. Whats wrong? - RunUO

I try to Run the server program and I get this error
Server.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).
Why is that coming up?

Make sure you get .NET framework 1.1. It has to be 1.1.

ok I'm an idiot. I forgot to install .net. nvm
