Default Sever help

Ok i know i have some bad rep with a few other members on the forums and im sorry i was a jerk or for what ever i did but i really need help on this.

Ok after all the help on last thing i got my sever to work I port forwarded on my compy but i didnt use the advance button to do it i went to apps and gaming and port forwarding range. One day i went to restart my net i went and unplugged the modem and router while my sever was still on then!! i got on and no one at all could connect to my sever not even me then after a while it just went off uog and im really pissed because i runied a good sever for a bunch of players and if theres nothing i can do and there wasent i uninstalled the runuo 1.0.0 and reinstalled and added all the sever list stuff and tryed again, to make it work and it wont connect to my ip or no-ip like it did befor but it didnt connect to my reg ip like 12.217.**** n stuff but it did for no-ip so i dunno whats wrong any ideas?

Did you go to your serverlist.cs file and put in your global ip addy? The ones you connected to others cannot... They have to have your global addy... This is just a guess... not really sure of your problem... If you replaced that file chances are that is why you or others cant connect.. OH if you unplugged your router ... it is possible it could have reset it back to the factory defaults... I would check again and make sure your port forwarding is correct..
