GM Tools and Spawning What do I do?

I've been searching the forums for this answer but can't seem to find a clear reply on either.
I'm looking for a tool I can use in the game to edit things. I tried to go to the www.runuocom/useuo links, but it doesn't take me anywhere where I can download it. Where can I download it? and will it let me do what I want to do? Also, what other program(s) will work for this purpose?

Secondly, I've been trying to figure out the spawing thing. Is there anything I can get that will just put everything where it is supposed to go similar to how it is on normal OSI shards? If so, where do I get it and how do I install it?

If your looking for a good tool you can't beat Pandora's Box 2 which you can find here http://www.melonsoft.com/crap/PB2Beta5.zip it will allow you create or edit just about anything in game.

and as far as spawn systems Try one of the following

XMLSpawner 2 which is found here XmlSpawner2 <-- I've never used

Nerun's Distro found here Nerun's Distro <-- I know it spawns all facets and is in the process of adding ML areas and monsters

All Spawns 3.0 found here All Spawns 3.0<--- This one has no support for Tokuno but has perks I've not seen in others like the spawn pack included reg spawns

or do a search for Spawners and you'll bring up a few others.

Pandora's Box is wonderful! You can also use InsideUO for different statics, as well as do a search for GMTool and download that program to help you with in-game options.

I forgot about InsideUO but honestly I've found it to be a better Scripter's resoure for ID's and stuff more than anything since Pandora has a hue picker which is much better set up than going through a list of hues from Inside UO and the fact you can set custom buttons in it I've found really little need for anything else
