i want to know if theres away to put new music on shards then the music that comes with it???

You have to send your players new music files and maybe patch another file to let the client know, not sure realy.

I've already tried to do the music thing, yes it's doable, is it worth the trouble, i decided against it.

so it possible to do but i cant find the normal files in the uo thats aready on there

have a look in your Ultima Online folder. Check out the subdirectory "music".
