Alright, I just made a new shard, but I'm not sure how to make it only Fel, no Trammel, or any other gay worlds.

here are some things that must be done:

edit these:

publicmoongate
moongate
the help system (i am stuck)
horn of retreat

Alright, but now, how do I edit the public moongates so that they only go to fel?
