Town guards on strike?!

Hi

Hope this is the right place for this question!

Just got a little private family shard up and running using:

RunUO
Neruns Distro
Pandoras Box

The guards work fine around the moon gates, but i've just done some tests by getting monsters to follow me into Trinsic (Trammel version, tested all entrances into town) and i cannot get the guards to respond when called. Any ideas?

Have you turned guards off in that region or setup a Region Control to override it?

I would attempt to help on this but since I have totally customized my guards I can not truely recall how they used to function. I do remember something about if I was the agressor and tried to call guards on a mobile it wouldnt work but if I was being attacked and didnt start anything I could call guards on the mobile... but its been a LONG time.
