ok on the admin menu it says freeze world and freeze map ...whats the def?....if i was to hit freeze world what would it freeze? ....is trammel the world or the map ?

The FreezeWorld command freezes all freezable objects on every facet (or map, in other words) on the server.
FreezeMap is a command that freezes all freezable objects on the map that you are currently on (Ilshenar, Trammel, Felucca, etc).

Trammel is a map. Maps are also referred to as facets.
