Default Property listing and...

Forgive me if this was addressed somewhere else, however i have looked around and don't seem to find what I am looking for.
I would like to know if there is a list of all the properties you get when you [props an item or NPC, and what the mean.
Also, I would like to know how to set up a standard RunUO spawner to add custom properties. For example set up a spawner that would give you the same product as [add cat set hue 27. Thank you in advance for your help.

Check the documentation ( thats the only real list ).

You would have to modify the default spawner to add items with special properties.

There are already alternative spawners out there that will do what you're asking. Do a search for XmlSpawner. I'm sure there are others, but XmlSpawner is what I use.

Default documentation

Concerning checking the doumentation, I looked but didn't see anything about properties. I may have missed it, what doc would it be in?

Concerning XMLS spawnner, yes I knew it could be made to do so, just thought there may be a way without the addition.

The properties for any class are listed in the relevant file in the documentation. For example if you navigate from the class list to Server, then Mobile, that file will list all the properties of the Mobile type. If you want specifics on exactly how those properties are used, then you're simply going to have to dig through the actual scripts.
