Tortoise SVN - RunUO

Good morning (From South Africa atleast).

I've been having difficulty modding the files I have and sending the correct ones to the server, as I easily forget which files I've modded. Could I ask someone here how on earth I install Tortoise SVN on the server side, and on my side? I'm sure it would make the workload much easier :>

TortoiseSVN is going to be pointless if you don't have a SVN setup.
