error? please help ;(

server.exe common language runtime debugging services
application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

click ok to terminate the application
click cancle to debug the application.


when i click cancle to debug another thing pops up and says:
registered JIT debugger is not avalible...

what made this happen and whats going on any ideas?

when i click ok my server black box says this:
