Not natively would be the easiest answer I could give you.

You must use "mono" which is Linux's implementation of the .Net Framework as I understand. However, as I have heard, mono isn't yet completely up to par with .Net Framework version 2.0 so you may have troubles running RunUO 2.0. But, as I have not tried it, I can't speak specifically as to what kinds of problems occur if any.
