how do i generate sigils, or set a faction to have control of a certain town ?

You shouldn't generate sigils by hand, you would screw up your shard, there are only suppose to be 8 in the world.

You can't force a faction to control a town.

[generatefaction or something, look at the faction code for the exact command or do a search.
