Problem With Router .... - RunUO

am having a problem am using speedtouch 510 and i read most of the posts here most of em wouldnt help i know how to portforward but what i dont know is what should i put in inside port and outside port and which ip address should i use most of the sites tell me i should use my ip address
and anyone who could help me out with this i would be grateful

the in and out port should be same numbers - normaly 2593

the ip address to use is the one on your computer (where server is at) and not the router/modem one
