Account time reset? - RunUO

Anyone ever have an account reset it's time? My player account, when I logged on today, can no longer use it's etherals(sp?) or anything that requires time. It says I need 5 more months, when I've had the account for almost 2 years. I've never had this problem before, and it only happened for that account. What could do that, because I don't want it to happen to anyone else?

edit-it still has the correct creation time in accounts.xml and in the props menu. What determines time played, besides time created on account?
