Default Local Server

While waiting for activation on uogateway..how do I have someone log onto my local server? what are the steps please. please walk me through it? I am getting no where and it's getting very frustrating.
I have read all the posts..
I have linksys router
I did a port forward 2593 typed my internal ip 192.x.x.x. and named the application runuo? and checked enabled..

i do not have any firewalls running, how do i have someone log onto my local server?
how can i explain and give instructions to go about doing that please?

Give them the ip you had to put in your serverlist.cs Than have them open new local server on the gateway enter it put a title for your shard save and then use that to connect.

Default Still no luck..

Thank you, thats what I thought, but unfortunately,that is not working..i get a message, cannot connect with ultima online at this moment something like that... hmmm

Here is a helpful link for ya http://www.portforward.com/ .. Follow instructions for forwarding the ports for your router and see if you get it.
