Default Making Statics Impassable

I placed a static tile of lava, what prop/command would I use to make it so that noone can step on it?

There should be 2 types of lava tiles. The ones you can put in a house that are passable, and the ones that are used for actual real lava which are not. Try every single one and try to walk over it.

You could place a "blocker" on it.

.add blocker I believe will add an invis item that will not let players walk on the tile you put it on.

Might not be the solution you were looking for, but it's certainly easy.

yea thatll work, thats actually what I was asking =/ was hoping for an object i could line the sides of the river with that would prevent players from getting on it, I have a puzzle bridge constructed over it, where the tile shift underneath the player while they are crossing, so i needed them to be able to fall ontop of the teleporters below =P

If you do it that way every players will be able to teleport in the middle of the river, even if its blocked from borders, i tried that already

actualy when you place a static tile right on top of a map tile (same z level) the map tile takes presadents on if it is walkable or not

make the new tiles 1 z higher and then their affects will be used instead

(like place water tile on green acres - can walk all over it - but raise it up by 1 and can't - even if you tele onto it - still can't walk then

this drove us batty for a while why we could walk on water

some tiles are just impassle period - they are set that way in the tiledata file

there is 1 tile (if you find the "spa addon" - it has it for the "water") that you can color - looks semi solid and can be colored, etc and is passable - that with swamp tiles below it - and it colored different greens - might do the trick for ya
