Problem connecting...

I know this question has been asked before but I searched through previous posts and couldn't really seem to find a solution.

I ran server.exe and setup and admin name and password, and then it gives me two addresses. It says:

Address: 127.0.0.1:2593
Address: 192.168.0.101:2593

First of all, which one do I use to login to my server? I've tried using both in Razor and neither of them work. I choose "RunUO Test Center" as the server to log in to (the only one that shows up) and then it gets stuck at "Connecting..."

I've tried port forwarding my router. I have a D-Link router and I read a tutorial specifically written for port forwarding D-Link routers so I'm pretty confident I did that right. I read people asking to post their serverlist.cs files.. which brings me to another question. What program do I use to open those .cs files and edit them?

If the servers on the same PC enter either of the IP's listed, and the port too, thats it. Don't enter the name, thats where your going wrong.

I'm not entering the server name in Razor.. I'm saying after I enter my username and password in the UO client.. the only server choice that comes up is "RunUO Test Center"

And yes, the server is on the same computer that I'm using to try to log in. I've tried using both IP's with the port 2593 but neither of them work. I get stuck at "Connecting..." after I choose "RunUO Test Center"

EDIT: For some reason, I'm able to log in through UOG by using 127.0.0.1 as the server IP. Wonder why I can't do it with Razor...
