adding new colors to Hues ? - RunUO

is there any prog i can use to add colors to the original hues file?
and is it possible to take a color from a hues file and add it to another hues file?

i cant find Hue manager in the third party programs forum. is there anywhere else i can download it . i cant find anything on google.com
