Default Jerky movement using 2.0 RC1

Me and several players have noted that while moving fast (mostly running on foot and especially running on a mount) the server seems to throttle movement or something, as their character will stop for a split second mid run and start going again. It's especially a problem with horses as you might as well stay on foot what with stopping every few tiles.

I've tried to turn off FastwalkPrevention and tried a few other things but nothing seems to help and searching the forums comes up rather blank, too.

Anyone know how to fix it? Is this some sort of anti-cheat feature that I can turn off somehow, or simply a result of RC1 being... well, RC1 and thus not perfect yet? Will updating to the latest SVN fix it?

Thanks for any help anyone can offer with this.

Nope, not really, because even if you lag badly your character might stop, but they don't return to the "standing still" animation until said lag clears; as in you'll get stuck on a run frame if the server lags and doesn't respond soon enough.

At least that's how it always used to be in the past, so unless the client changed in that respect...
