Default Please Help, Connectivity Problems

Hi, I am new to RunUO. I actually read all the documentation and a lot of this section of the discussion board to try to find the answer tto my question but could not. I read the document on "Getting your RunUO setup for connection" and it is a bit outdated as the ServerList.cs seems to be in a differetn format than is listed on there. However, I changed this line..

public const string Address = Null;
To
public const string Address = "192.168.0.1";
Which is the IP of my router... and I forwarded the proper port to my personal computer IP which is 192.168.0.195 on my router as well.. I can connect if I use 127.0.0.1 but outside users can not connect.. ANy suggestions?

Should be your IP not your network IP

Do a search next time...

One thing to note, even after changing that line when I run the executable it says the server is running on 192.168.0.195 (which is my personal LAN IP, not the IP of my internet) ... i did replace that line with my internet IP as requested.

That is normal behavior.

The ip you used in the ServerList.cs file, just to clarify--it should not start with 192.168. The proper address can be found at www.whatismyipaddress.com.

If you did use that address, then either post it here or PM me and I will try to connect.
