Regen Caps

I've seen many post out there asking about changing the Hit Point, Mana, and Stamina regeneration caps, but I was just curious if someone would tell me what the original caps are unchanged? The way RunUO has them as default.

I relize I could find this out myself if I were to just download and install runuo, and search for hours trying to find the right scripts and searching through endless other newbie posts on this web site for someone who asked the same question as I, but would it really kill someone to take the time to write out a few numbers (if you already know the answere) that is? In fact it probably takes less time to answere this quiestion than it did to read this post itself. Thanks again for anyones help
