Some Questions about 2.0 - RunUO

I have searched the forums and I may be not using the correct keywords, but I have been unable to find the file that I need to edit to change the name of my shard as it appears in the UO login screen. Also I would like to edit the file that determines where a new player will start. And if it is not asking too much, which file will I edit to determine what items players will start with in their backpack/bank when they start with a new character?

One more request. If anyone could please attempt to connect to my shard so that I could see if I have configured my router corretly I would really appreciate it. you may login at uo.smokenet.org (2593) using razor. I have not yet submitted my shard to UOG as it is not ready for public use. My subdomain may not be completely registered yet as it does take up to 24 hours for changes to be made, I am unsure if it is ok to give an IP address so I will not post that at this time.

Thanks for the help. I will look a little bit better next time in the forums. I think I was in too much of a hurry to get the server up.
