cant log on in my shard - RunUO

ok my and my coz r making a shard and it wont let him log on it stops when its at choose a shard and he clicks mine it wont let him join and it crashes him tks for ur help

I dont realy understand the post.... But might need to update client... or might be your firewall.

If it's crashing him then...

When does he crash?
What's the crash he gets?
Is he using 3D?
Do you have patches?
