Account Name and PW the same - RunUO

I have looked over the forums and read 50 posts on creation of accounts and pw encryption but I am wanting to know is there any way to make it so that when someone creates an account that for one their account name and password is not the same thing and also is there a way to make it so that both have to be at least 5 spaces? Any and All help will be greatly appreciated... Thnxs

Modify AccountHandler.cs
Either in this method:

private static Account CreateAccount( NetState state, string un, string pw )

Or (maybe better) in that method:

Code:

public static void EventSink_AccountLogin( AccountLoginEventArgs e )
