Default Bug Reports on RUNUO 2.0 svn

Here is a crash that happen two times yesterday on my shard. I don't understand why this error come. I have RunUO 2.0 svn.

That's it. Another application, maybe an editor or something else opened this file and blocks other applications/RunUO to access this file.

But there isn't no application that use this file, i have a shard host on a windows 2003 server and the server run under FireDaemon process. That's all!
No one use the file,i don't understand this!

Try to delete this file. RunUO should be able to create a new one.

If you can't delete them:
I sometimes have a problem with UO-client files that can't be accessed by Windows anyway (don't know why, maybe corrupted files). I kill them using an application called Unlocker.

I have deleted the file normally. But the Reports.cs script runs every hour i think, but the error come 2 or 3 times at day not all time.

There is a way to disable the Reports? I don't use them!
