Question need help making server public

how do i chage my server to public using the 2.0 serverlist.cs

You will have to edit your public IP address into that line just as the instructions at the top of the file says. You will have to surround your IP in quotes as well and don't forget the ending semicolon. So, basically, make it look like the example:

If you don't know your public IP, you can use a site like www.whatismyip.com and it will tell you.

As for a client download, try http://www.uo.com/uoml/... EA still offers the UO: Mondain's Legacy client as a free download from there apparently.
