Application Error - RunUO

Everytime I attempt to start runou or even Runuo2.0.0 I get an 'Server.exe - Application Error' message stating:
"The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

Possibility of Error: .net 1.1 Framework?

Do yo have .NET Framework version 2.0 installed?

You will require version 2.0 for RunUO 2.0, version 1.1 for RunUO 1.0.

I plan on using 1.0 of runuo, Im only going to be playing this over lan/local ip. Just freshly installed 1.1 since it took me 2 hours to download on dial up.
